Hello…Hello…Hello! ITS FRIDAY! Are you as thrilled as me? I got great news today from the doctor…I am officially released and don’t need anymore check ups. Yay!! I’ve been dealing with doctors for 6 months and could really go without seeing one for a while and be a happy girl.

I took the boys to the homecoming parade today. I snapped some pictures if you’re interested.

Here’s Atticus and Bonus waiting on the parade to start. Like I mentioned the other day…you can’t get a serious picture with Bonus. He always acts so silly. 🙂

Only in Oklahoma do girls ride on trackers in a formal dress!!! I thought it was super cute and a great idea. I have to admit, I haven’t seen anyone else do that before.

And you can’t forget the football team! Here is a picture of the little leaguers. They threw out the most candy!!

They were all so excited.

We’ve had a great day so far and it’s only 4 o’clock. Rain is moving in this weekend, so we better get out and enjoy this nice weather.

Guess what? I have absolutely nothing to write about. I am blogging for the simple fact that I made this commitment and I need to post today. Is this the most boring blog you’ve ever followed? If the answer is yes, please don’t comment!! 🙂 All I want to hear is how much you look forward to my posts…each and every day. Hahaha

I have a doctor appointment tomorrow. Hopefully this will be the last time I have my hand checked and I can be released. I know I’ve said that before, but I mean it this time! I thought my appointment was at 11…I realized at about 4 o’clock today that it’s actually at 8:50 am. What was I thinking? It’s an hour drive just to get there. I don’t want to get up that early!! I’m tired just thinking about it. I guess we will have the entire day free afterwards and I can’t complain too much about that.

There’s a Homecoming parade tomorrow at 2. Maybe I will take the boys to that and they can grab some candy! Homecoming was such an exciting week in high school. Your biggest decision was deciding on whose car you’d ride on in the parade. Those were the days. If we decide to go, I’ll try to snap a few pictures.

I don’t have much else to write about. I hope you all enjoy your Friday and the weekend coming up!

Hello friends. I have some wonderful news to share with you. A few post ago I told you about our wreck and how I broke my left hand. I had my cast removed June 6th and since then I’ve been doing hand therapy 2-3 times a week. It’s an hour drive there and an hour drive back, an hour and a half of therapy, and it hurts!! Talk about taking up a lot of time throughout my week! Do I want my hand better? YES! So…I know it’s worth it. I’ve been so frustrated with my progress. Just wanting to be better and get on with my life. My attitude has been in such a slump lately.

Well….today I got great news! My hand is not exactly perfect, but it’s getting there! My therapist says with a lot of work at home I may be able to stop coming in every week! I am so thrilled. I have my actual doctor appointment tomorrow and it’s really up to her. But, the fact that my therapist feels like I am so close to not coming is a huge step. I feel like finally I’ve made some real progress and I’m almost there. A big sigh of relief!  I think I’ve been smiling since I left the therapist this morning. 🙂

Today has been a great day! I hope everyone is having a great Wednesday. We’re off to Granny’s house. She’s making us dinner and my tummy is hungry.

See you tomorrow.
